At Wrap & Roll UK, we take care to prepare and ship all orders to ensure your items arrive in the best possible condition. We offer nationwide delivery across the UK as well as local collection from our physical location.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days. Processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods or peak seasons. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and courier service. Estimated delivery times may be provided at checkout where applicable. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including courier delays or adverse weather conditions.

Shipping Costs

Nationwide UK shipping is charged at a flat rate of £10 per order and FREE delivery on orders over £75.
Shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Local Collection

Customers may choose local collection at checkout. Once your order is ready for collection, you will be contacted with further details regarding collection times and location.

Packaging and Food Safety

All orders are securely packaged to maintain freshness and quality during transit, particularly for frozen and perishable items. Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery timing transfers to the courier.

Incorrect Addresses and Failed Deliveries

Please ensure all delivery details are entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to a failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at wrapandroll17@gmail.com, including your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will investigate the issue and take appropriate action.
